Image of Training

Everyone learns differently. With ReddiNet, you will find a number of training options to ensure your hospital staff, team of EMS workers, or other participating first responders are proficient and practiced.

We understand experience can make a difference in saving a life or losing one. That’s why we look to you for innovative ways to train responders so they are practiced on and comfortable with ReddiNet’s functionality. In addition to creating user-defined features, we tailor our learning platforms for responders based on your input. Online learning modules, independent in-person training sessions, specialty webinars and simulated, interactive sessions ensure you are prepared to use ReddiNet when it counts most.

The Learning Lab

ReddiNet starts you with an easy online, self-paced Learning Lab. The Lab contains all of the basic courses you need to enter and interpret data in ReddiNet’s modules. Each basic course takes 5-10 minutes, conserving staff time. Each course includes a quiz and certificate so that your staff can meet your JCAHO requirements or other competency tests required by your profession or facility.

Practice, Practice, Practice!

Have a big drill or exercise coming up? ReddiNet can provide refresher training via webinars that focus on your performance objectives. You can also practice using your own “Training County.” In the Training County, you play a role and simulate a scenario. You can practice with other facilities in your region OR you can practice within your facility with each user assuming the role of a hospital, transport provider or EMS.

Or, ReddiNet can drill your staff on any shift to keep them in practice or to refresh their skills prior to a big exercise. You can also set up an automatic drill with a pre-set schedule for data collection so you can send messages, polls, requests for bed availability, service level and ED status updates—all critical to coordinating an organized response to a major emergency.
