Proven Reliability
Developed and Tested by Emergency Medical Response
Professionals
Developed by emergency medical response professionals
to meet real world challenges, ReddiNet®,
now a third-generation product, has been
designed with direct input from over
a thousand professionals. It is continuously
improved based on feedback from the people
who use it.
 ReddiNet
has proven itself for over 17 years in earthquakes,
floods, fires, riots, hazmat spills and
multi-vehicle pile ups. ReddiNet is now
an essential part of daily operations in
nearly 250 organizations
in
17 regions.
Multi-Channel Reliability
Designed to perform
mission critical duty in high-stress situations,
ReddiNet is a robust, fault-tolerant system. It combines
the flexibility
and extensibility of Internet communications
with the security and stability of digital packet radio,
an alternate
communications channel that is not dependent
upon hospital phone systems, phone lines and internet
service providers.
-
ReddiNet's dual communication
channels operate in parallel.
If one channel goes down, the other is available.
-
Because ReddiNet does
not rely solely on
the Internet, it is less susceptible
to hacking, it cannot be disabled by computer viruses
and worms, and essential
ReddiNet communications cannot be
overwhelmed by spam.
-
Dedicated ReddiNet workstations cannot be
used for Internet surfing or
shopping, so they are always available for sending and
receive
vital transmissions.
Comprehensive Training & Support
ReddiNet's
program of training and support is unmatched
by any of its competitors. The emergency medical
professionals who developed
ReddiNet understand that technology alone cannot
ensure reliable mission critical responsiveness.
That's why, in addition to providing a robust
communications system,
ReddiNet also trains and drills your people.
Members of
the ReddiNet team provide training exercises
and conduct drills to ensure that ReddiNet is
fully integrated into
hospitals' disaster management plans and that
everyone understands how ReddiNet will be employed.
(Continuing education credits may be available with training.)
Through
periodic retraining and regular daily use, operating
ReddiNet
becomes
second nature.
Telephone support is available
24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On site service
and 48-hour equipment replacement
is also available.
